Eventbrite
Ticketing pages for paid and free events.
Integration features
Members will click “View Event” on your portalry to launch Eventbrite. Use this checklist to give them a smooth landing every time.
Portalry recognises Eventbrite listing links and pulls event name, description, and image from page metadata.
What Portalry handles for you
- Detects Eventbrite event URLs across regional domains (for example eventbrite.co.uk and eventbrite.com).
- Uses Open Graph and meta tags to populate portal title, description, and preview image.
- Shows a dedicated "View Event" button for members.
Setup checklist
- Copy your public Eventbrite event URL (for example https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/your-event-tickets-1234567890).
- Ensure your Eventbrite title, description, and image are final before adding the portal.
- Test the portal link in an incognito window to confirm public visibility and ticket availability.
What still lives in the platform
- Portalry does not manage ticket inventory, attendee checkout, refunds, or payment processing.
- Order data and check-in flows remain inside Eventbrite.
Extras & best practices
- If you duplicate events in Eventbrite, update the Portalry URL to avoid stale ticket links.
