Join Facebook Live from Portalry
On your portalry page tap “Join Live” to open Facebook Live. Keep this guide handy for a smooth first visit.
Facebook Live events open in your browser or the Facebook app. You can watch without an account if the organiser has set the stream to public.
What you need before you join
- Use a modern browser or the Facebook mobile app.
- Log in with Facebook if the stream or comments require it; some public streams can be viewed without logging in.
- Enable audio/video if you plan to join on camera when the organiser invites guests.
Join in a few steps
- Click the "Join Live" button in Portalry to open the Facebook event or live stream.
- If prompted, sign in to Facebook or continue as a guest when available.
- Tap Play to start the stream and turn on sound.
- Use the comments or reactions if you want to participate in chat.
Helpful tips
- If video stalls, lower quality using the gear icon.
- Mute or hide chat if you need fewer distractions during the stream.
