Join Google Groups from Portalry
On your portalry page tap “Open Group” to open Google Groups. Keep this guide handy for a smooth first visit.
Google Groups hosts email lists and web discussions. The link opens the group page so you can read posts or request to join.
What you need before you join
- Sign in with a Google account to view restricted groups or to post.
- Some groups require join approval; be ready to share why you are joining.
- Choose an email delivery setting if you want new posts in your inbox.
Join in a few steps
- Click "Open Group" in Portalry to open the Google Group in a new tab.
- Sign in with your Google account if prompted.
- If the group is private, request to join; otherwise, browse existing topics.
- Set your email delivery preference (every email, digest, abridged, or none).

- Search past threads before posting to avoid duplicates.
- Review any posting guidelines pinned by the organiser to reduce moderation delays.
