What Portalry handles for you

  • Detects board URLs on your monday.com subdomain.
  • Uses board metadata when available; otherwise labels with your account name and board ID.
  • Keeps the board link handy for recurring sessions or ongoing projects.

Setup checklist

  1. Copy the board URL (account.monday.com/boards/{id}) and paste it into Portalry.
  2. Confirm guests/teammates have access or a shareable link before you publish.
  3. Mention the preferred view or group in the portal description if attendees should start there.

What still lives in the platform

  • Portalry cannot bypass monday.com permissions or sync board data.
  • Automations, updates, and notifications stay managed inside monday.com.

  • Provide a view-only share link if you expect external guests.
  • Add links to related docs or dashboards in the portal description.
