monday.com Teams
Team hubs for people, updates, and boards in your monday.com account.
Integration features
Members will click “Open Team” on your portalry to launch monday.com Teams. Use this checklist to give them a smooth landing every time.
Portalry routes members to the exact team page on your monday.com subdomain with an Open Team button.
What Portalry handles for you
- Detects account.monday.com/teams/{id} links and labels them as monday.com Teams.
- Uses OG metadata when available; otherwise falls back to your account name and team ID.
- Keeps the link accessible for onboarding and recurring events.
Setup checklist
- Copy the team URL (account.monday.com/teams/{id}) and add it in Portalry.
- Ensure invitees are part of your monday.com account and added to the team.
- Add a short note in the portal description about how you use the team (updates, owners, related boards).
What still lives in the platform
- Portalry cannot add team members, change notifications, or post updates in monday.com.
- Permissions and billing remain managed inside monday.com.
Extras & best practices
- Link the key boards this team owns so newcomers can jump straight into the work.
- If you work with guests, pair the team link with shareable board links for specific projects.
