Spatial
Immersive 3D spaces that run in browsers, on mobile, and in VR headsets.
Integration features
Members will click “Enter Space” on your portalry to launch Spatial. Use this checklist to give them a smooth landing every time.
Portalry highlights your Spatial link with a clear Enter Space button and imports the room metadata.
What Portalry handles for you
- Detects Spatial links and surfaces a branded "Enter Space" button.
- Uses the Spatial Open Graph title, description, and preview image when the portal is created.
- Keeps your share link handy so members can return for recurring sessions.
Setup checklist
- Create or open the Spatial space you want to use and copy its share link.
- Set the space access (anyone with link vs. members) and note any permissions in the Portalry description.
- Test the link in a private browser or headset to ensure it opens without extra prompts.
What still lives in the platform
- Portalry does not manage Spatial roles, content uploads, or moderation.
- Attendance and chat stay inside Spatial; Portalry only tracks RSVPs.
Extras & best practices
- Offer a short controls primer in the Portalry notes for first-time Spatial users.
- Provide a backup livestream or 2D viewing link for attendees without VR hardware.
